Plano Lower Linking Assembly :

The lower linking arm assembly is supplied complete with springs installed.  This is the bottom clamping hardware for each PLANO clamp.  To install, simply slide it into position in the vertical channels of your PLANO clamp.  Note:  the inside upright of your PLANO clamp usually needs to be removed from the wall in order to allow access for installation, as this part cannot be installed from the top due to the clamping block hardware acting as an obstruction.
