With the Sjobergs Elite, you can now take on just about any woodworking project. This workbench comes with two heavy-duty pre-mounted vises that have a 5-3/4" opening capacity. The vises slide along guide rails to eliminate jaw misalignment and can also be moved to accommodate both left and right-handed users. Just like other Sjobergs models, the Elite comes with 4 unbreakable steel bench dogs, two rows of dog holes, as well as multiple dog holes along the trestles. If you really want the ultimate workbench experience, we highly recommend the Accessory Package to improve functionality and increase the longevity of your workbench.
The Accessory package includes the Clamping Platform for the Elite Workbench, extending your working space by over 18". It also includes 20 dog holes on top, 4 on both sides, and an additional 9 on the front. The Clamping Platform can be used to extend your workbench or alternatively, can be mounted to a wall in your shop to provide a standalone clamping station.
This package also includes the Sjobergs QSH Holdfast Elite Clamp, Jaw Cushions, and the UA13 Universal Steel Anvil specifically made for this workbench. The QSH Holdfast Elite fits into the 1" dog holes both on the top and on the sides of the Elite workbench and swivels 360°. The Universal Anvil slips into the dog holes along the edge for metalworking and protects the top of your workbench. The Jaw Cushions are rubberized cork adhesives that protect both the vise jaws and workpieces.
